Terms & Conditions 

 

These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to World of INES web shop on www.worldofines.com (below mentioned as ”the web shop”).

 

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.worldofines.com

 

These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time, which is why we ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place in the web shop.

 

Due to Swedish legislation, we only accept orders from those over 18 years old and not under guardianship. If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. World of INES presumes that minors who carry out purchases on the web shop submit truthful information of their age and/or possess the necessary consent from their custodian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may become liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve.

 

 

World of INES does not guarantee that all items included in the web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, World of INES will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. World of INES may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although World of INES strives to display the correct texts, images, and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur.

 

World of INES cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop, World of INES will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. World of INES reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, if we would find that the price is incorrect. In such case, we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Parts of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organizations. In situations where World of INES acts as the agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities.

 

World of INES reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions like fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, are suspected.

 

 

The prices in the web shop constitute the total price (including VAT), but do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees. Outside the European Union, custom fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price.

 

Discounted items are available as long as they do not run out of stock. Vouchers or discount codes are only valid once per person and purchase and only within the stated period of time and may not be combined or transferred to another purchase, nor credited to a new item due to an exchange.

 

 

Payment is possible in the currencies set out in the web shop. Payment is currently made in Swedish kronor (SEK) for shipments to Sweden and Euro (€) for shipments within the European Union. Payment can be carried out by credit or debit cards, Klarna Invoice or PayPal (local variations depending on shipping destination).

World of INES reserves the right to check the cardholder’s address, the card’s validity, and that your account has the capacity to be charged with the full amount. World of INES reserves the right to decline a purchase.

 

 

World of INES accepts and processes the purchase orders in the same succession that they are submitted to the web shop and not longer than 3 working days from order placement. Normally the time of delivery within Sweden is 1-3 working days and for EU shipments, delivery times are normally 2-5 working days (Mon-Fri) with UPS Standard. Delivery time is calculated from date of dispatch.

All shipping costs will be specified in the purchase order, so that the cost is clearly visible to you prior to completing the order.

 

If your order is delayed you will receive a message of this, including a new suggested time of delivery, at the latest 30 days after your submitted order. You may cancel the order if you do not accept the new suggested time of delivery and choose to cancel the order. We will repay the prepaid amount to you. If the order has already been dispatched, you will have to return the ordered items in order to receive repayment. We will pay the cost of the return.

 

 

If your order is not collected and returned to us, -we reserve the right to charge a fee of 20 Eur to cover shipping and processing cost. Uncollected orders are normally not covered by the right to return item.

 

 

All dispatched items are insured by World of INES. Should you discover any damage to the package prior to opening it please report this to shopping@worldofines.com nd the postal agent where you collected the package, as soon as possible. Items that are damaged during transportation are replaced by World of INES free of charge. If you have already opened the package when you notice the damage, please follow the return, damage and claim instructions.

 

Returer och byten 

 

You are always entitled to return your items within 14 days from upon receipt. Returns are free of charge when to exchange size within Sweden and EU-countries. Other returns are at own expense.

 

For a return to be accepted the returned items must be essentially in the same condition as when received, with all seals intact. This does not apply if the items were damaged or otherwise changed due to any measure necessary to examine them, or due to any other circumstance not related to the consumer.

Please note that the full responsibility for the return and sent items, is yours until it reaches us. Make sure to keep the postage receipt.

 

World of INES will refund and make exchange of item as soon as possible, however at the latest within 14 days from the date the item is received by us.

The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

 

 

All World of INES products are carefully inspected through our quality control procedure before being sent to our customers. If you still discover that an item is damaged or otherwise faulty, we will replace your item with a new one if possible.

If a new item is not available, you will be refunded with the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired.
If the damaged item was part of an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded. We kindly ask you to always examine your received products at the time of delivery and as soon as possible report any deviations from your order to us.

 

We will refund you as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the date the returned item is received, and we have established that the item is damaged or otherwise defective. Always save your receipt. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

 

 

We cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
